# Implementation Risks

- Full cross-system enforcement requires Ketch integrations to be configured for each downstream platform; Ketch states ”hundreds of pre-built integrations” and an Integration Library accessible via click-based steps, but brands with highly custom or proprietary data stacks may need API/webhook implementation.
- Identity Sync requires sufficient identity resolution data (logged-in sessions, match tables) to stitch anonymous and authenticated signals; fragmented identity infrastructure limits cross-device enforcement fidelity.
- Age Gating, Do Not Sell/Share, and jurisdiction-specific rules must be configured per applicable regulation; Ketch updates templates automatically when laws change, but initial configuration scope grows with the number of jurisdictions.
- The Ketch Free tier is capped at 5,000 unique monthly users; brands beyond that threshold require a paid plan.
- DSR Automation features (customizable intake form, drag-and-drop workflow editor, process automation, task automation, integrated analytics) are not available on Free or Starter plans; available as add-ons on Plus and included in Pro.
- Some integrations have subscription-tier prerequisites on the third-party side (e.g., Acuity Scheduling requires Acuity's Powerhouse Package tier).
- Data system integrations for DSR are limited to 2 on Free and Starter; add-ons available on Plus; included in Pro.
- Identity matching beyond email may require additional configuration for non-email identifiers (device IDs, hashed emails, system UUIDs).
